As Regional Head - Americas, you will harness personality, commercial acumen and people skills to ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered by all members of the team, and at all times, whilst ensuring that the Americas business meets & exceeds its targets.

Embracing our team values of positivity, determination and outstanding customer service, you will be responsible for all for of SilverDoor’s activities in Americas region in conjunction with the group Directors.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintaining relationships with service providers in the region, e.g. accountants, bankers, lawyers, chambers of commerce, local and national government institutions
  • Responsible for ensuring consistently high client service standards are being delivered
  • Taking ownership for conversion of new client acquisition into contracted clients
  • Maintaining strong partner relationships in the Americas region in conjunction with our Partner Relationships team & Partner Account Manager – Americas
  • Responsible for Americas P&L in conjunction with our Chief Financial Officer
  • Overseeing RFPs specific to the Americas region
  • Ensure the client reservation and client finance processes are effective to company standards
  • Drive maximum profile for SD Americas through industry press, social media and engagements
  • Team recruitment
