You’ll utilize years’ of experience in the Travel Management and/or Mobility sectors to identify new leads and convert them into revenue streams.

Thorough knowledge of competitor accounts is needed to overcome objections and win business from key decision-makers, so too is the ability to compile and win RFPs/tenders. Working closely with our Vice President of Business Development, CEO, Chief Customer Officer and Head of Marketing, you’ll use industry trends and developments to establish a business development strategy which improves our group’s market position.

Being out of the office is a must as regular national and international travel is required to develop long term partnerships and network with property partners.
Based in our Denver Office, you will work in Business Development – our hardworking and close-knit team here at SilverDoor Apartments – who work together to build contacts and establish long-term relationships with clients and businesses through winning new business, meeting clients and attending property partner and industry events.

Ensuring clients are impressed by the quality of our service will be a vital aspect of your role. By working closely with our Account Management and Marketing teams, they’re able to meet and exceed our revenue targets.

The ideal attributes

  • B2B corporate housing, property or hotel background experience is essential
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the industry
  • Three years' experience with business expansion and account wins, preferably market related
  • New business development experience
  • Strong networker with existing strong client relationships
  • Confident meeting clients face-to-face
