Senior Recruitment Specialist

Reporting to:

You'll manage the entire recruitment process throughout the group including all international offices and associated group companies. Recruitment must be delivered in a timely manner and within the defined expenditure.

Joining us at a very exciting period of growth, we are looking to attract the best talent in the market across a variety of departments. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll be tasked with all recruitment functions from vacancy advertising, ownership of the candidate experience including screening, interviews and maintaining job descriptions all while building a talent bank of candidates ready for SilverDoor's future needs.

Sourcing candidates through a variety of attraction methods, direct channels and creative means is a key part of this role.

  • Recruitment of all level roles across the international offices
  • Screening candidates prior to passing to hiring managers
  • Ensuring recruitment is in line with headcounts and budgets
  • Review/create accurate job descriptions
  • Responsibility for internal communication of appointments
  • Manage recruitment agencies, job boards and education providers
  • Deliver annual benchmarking salary surveys

The ideal attributes

  • Proven recruitment experience (in-house or an agency)
  • Experience in International Recruitment
  • Experience placing a variety of positions
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible to travel when required
  • Building a talent bank of candidates
