As Business Development Manager Production, Entertainment & Media (PEM) you will identify, pursue and close new business leads in the media, production, and entertainment sector with new and potential clients in the production, entertainment, and media (PEM) sector. 
Your role

Representing SilverDoor (serviced apartments) and Domus Stay (luxury accommodation rentals). the role holder will have in-depth knowledge of the PEM sector, with strong established industry, direct client, and agency relationships. The successful candidate will need to be a self-motivated and have a ‘can do’ attitude with solution solving skills. The ability to pivot between the two brands and to cross sell where appropriate is key as is strong ambassadorial skills in representing both quality brands.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify and follow up on new business leads
  • Ownership for the implementation and measurement of the plans relating to PEM
  • Responsible for the delivery of revenue targets
  • Provide accurate reporting on all key metrics
  • Build a strong, professional reputation for SilverDoor and Domus Stay across all relevant industries/forums
  • Ensure systems (Salesforce etc.) are used and optimized
  • Responsible for keeping an up-to-date new client profile for each potential account
  • Regularly reviewing performance with the Vice President of Business Development and COO Domus Stay
  • Regularly pursuing new unassigned accounts and reviewing new business opportunities
  • Presenting to potential new clients and agencies
  • Compiling formal and informal RFPs and RFIs
  • Responsible for ensuring efficient use of time within Business Development team
  • Responsible for maintaining Business Development materials and tracker
  • Work as both as sole contributor and as a collaborative team player
