Ann Lim
Client Account Support - APAC
As Client Account Support, Ann is responsible for sourcing and managing reservations by connecting and working closely with property partners for APAC region bookings. She also maintains high levels of customer services to manage ongoing reservations and aftercare.
Prior to joining SilverDoor, Ann has obtained extensive experience in hotel management. She was offered a scholarship for a Diploma in Tourism for Hospitality Management and has also completed her Bachelor’s in Festival and Event Management.
Ann has a particular interest in entrepreneurship and enjoys the motion of selling and convincing buyers for products or services.
We asked Ann… ‘If you could have dinner with any celebrity (dead or alive), who would it be and why?’
"I would very much love the opportunity to have dinner with Mr Henry Ford. I am intrigued by his response to a famous incident where he was challenged in an attempt to demonstrate his ignorance. He summarised that you don’t have to know everything; you simply need to surround yourself with people that do."
