Guest Services Specialist
As Guest Services Specialist, Britania is responsible for responding to customers that request assistance with their accommodation stays. She coordinates with property partners to ensure high quality services are provided and updates all booking information on our systems.
Prior to joining SilverDoor, Britania accomplished her GCSEs and A-levels after studying in Kingston, Jamaica.
In her free time, Britania enjoys dancing listening to music and travelling.
