As Training and Development Manager, Catherine provides SilverDoor with a comprehensive training plan and strategy that’s aligned to the company vision. In order to achieve this, Catherine creates a learning culture by producing and establishing workshops that are unique to SilverDoor. Catherine also manages the appraisal programme, which identifies learning needs that can be added to the training plan.
Catherine joined SilverDoor Apartments in March 2013 and worked in Account Management for two and a half years, before taking a secondment out of her role to focus on becoming a company-wide trainer.
Prior to joining SilverDoor, Catherine completed a degree in History at the University of Sheffield and has experience in recruitment.
