Client Account Support - Americas
As a Client Account Support, Cole connects the conversation between the client and the property partner. Using the information given to him by the client, he negotiates rates with providers and lands on the most appropriate accommodation for that individual.
Cole grew up in Cleveland and received a bachelor's degree from Baldwin Wallace University in Sport Management. Prior to joining SilverDoor, Cole worked in manufacturing and distribution.
Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, basketball, hiking, and attending concerts. Let’s not forget to mention that he is a diehard Cleveland sports fan.
