Dipika Lad
Technology Project Manager
As Technology Project Manager, Dipika is responsible for communicating with the various SilverDoor departments to understand their development requests. She works with the tech team to organise requests, set priorities, and quality check changes to ensure updates meet requirements before they are deployed to the production website or internal systems.
Prior to joining SilverDoor, Dipika worked at a FinTech for five years as a client facing PHP developer before becoming a Technical Project Manager. Dipika got her degree in Computer Science from Kingston University.
In her free time, Dipika loves to travel and experience new foods. On weekends, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family doing some kind of activity e.g., bowling, mini golf, walks in the park etc.
