As Chief Customer Officer, Martin is responsible for the overall strategy of the Account Management department across all of our offices. He is focused on international maintenance and encouraging the growth of the SilverDoor brand, overseeing our APAC and Americas teams to nurture our accounts worldwide.
Martin joined SilverDoor Apartments in April 2012 and worked in Client Account Support before working his way up to Chief Customer Officer.
Prior to joining SilverDoor, Martin worked toward completing his master’s degree in Town and Country Planning from Manchester University. He also worked at the Civil Aviation Authority and Capital One.
Outside of work, Martin has been called an adrenaline junkie; he’s done everything from skydiving to white water rafting.
