Working within Client Account Support for SilverDoor Apartments, Penny’s main responsibilities include providing quotes, responding to enquiries and ensuring clients receive a high standard of customer service when booking a serviced apartment.
Penny is originally from Morecambe in Lancashire, Penny works from our Lancaster office.
Prior to joining SilverDoor, Penny worked as an Account Manager for VIP players at Supercasino and Jackpot247 for the company Netplay TV.
