As Client Account Support, Ross' day-to-day role includes taking enquiries from
clients and sourcing suitable serviced apartments at competitive rates. Ross also creates and manages
reservations from the booking stage right through to when the client checks out,
ensuring that he provides the client with the highest level of customer service.
Having joined SilverDoor in September
2019, Ross was previously a General Manager at a 4* hotel for four years.
