Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy

It is SilverDoor Apartments policy to conduct all business in an honest and ethical manner. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, and are committed to operating fairly and professionally in regards to all business relationships.

Our policy applies to all people employed by SilverDoor Apartments, contracted to work on behalf of the company and the companies that we work with. This includes, but is not limited to: directors, agency workers, interns, agents, contractors, suppliers, external consultants, and any third-party.

We take particular care over the giving and receiving of corporate gifts, entertainment and hospitality. Specifically, we do not:

Our policy doesn't prohibit giving or receiving reasonable gifts or appropriate hospitality for legitimate purposes such as building business relationships, maintaining the image of SilverDoor Apartments and its associated brands, or marketing the company's services.

A gift or hospitality is deemed inappropriate if it is unduly excessive, seen as an inducement for a reward, or is reward for any preferential treatment. Hospitality provided by our suppliers that helps to further our product knowledge is acceptable.

Gifts must be of an appropriate type and value in relation to the reason for the gift. Gifts must not have a monetary value or be given in secret. All gifts must be given in the name of SilverDoor Apartments and not in the name of an individual. Promotional gifts of low value may be accepted or given to our partners, clients and suppliers.
