You can browse our portfolio of over 100,000 serviced apartments using the SilverDoor website. Run a search by entering a destination or specific apartment requirements, or use the destinations map to view apartments in your ideal location.  Once you’ve created a shortlist of favourites, simply fill out an enquiry form and we’ll get back to you with a range of available options. You can also speak to us online using our live chat facility or via Skype. Pushed for time? You can even drop us a quick text.

Whichever way you choose to make an enquiry, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible (within 2 working hours) with a list of options that best suit your requirements. If you have any specific questions about a property or requests for your booking, your account manager will be able to discuss these with you and advise you on selecting the perfect apartment for your stay.

Once you’ve chosen, we’ll reserve the serviced apartment for your dates and do our best to provide any specific requests you might have for your booking, i.e. an additional cot or parking space.

Check-in to your apartment

Once payment has been arranged, we’ll then send you your booking confirmation document complete with check-in instructions. Some serviced apartments have hotel-like concierge services where you simply collect your keys from the reception desk while others are accessed via key-safe or we can arrange a full meet and greet service. All the necessary check-in information and contact details you’ll need for your arrival will be included in your booking confirmation.
