If you’re working in London it’s likely there’ll be times you need to entertain clients and having a go- to list of great cocktail bars in the capital means you’ll always have somewhere you can rely on to provide the perfect setting for a business meeting or a drink after work. We’ve put together some of the best cocktail bars in London for your perusal.

Madison

Madison's Cocktail Bar London

If you’re entertaining clients in London, then there’s no better way to impress them than a view of one of the most famous landmarks in the city, St. Paul’s Cathedral. From the outdoor terrace you can take in the view as you sip on your favourite cocktail. This roof top bar is perfect for after work drinks, located in the 1 New Change building in the City.

White Lyan

For an alternative menu, but suitable for even your most discerning of clients, the White Lyan is an exciting new cocktail bar in Hoxton. What makes this bar unique is that all the cocktails and their ingredients are made in house with Mr. Lyan’s very own spirits – no branded alcohol, no perishables and, perhaps controversially, no ice.

Nola

Another exciting new cocktail bar in London comes in the form of New Orleans inspired Nola, just off Shoreditch High Street. The bar provides an open and spacious area where you’ll be greeted by some good old southern hospitality and traditional cocktails from the Crescent City such as the Bourbon Street Blues and Sazerac.

Aqua Shard

Aqua Shard Cocktail Bar London

For a truly memorable experience for clients, head to Aqua Shard, the ultimate special occasion destination in Europe’s tallest building, the Shard. The restaurant and bar offers panoramic views of the London skyline from wherever your table is. The cocktails are elegant and have the wow-factor with highlights including the Down the Rabbit Hole; homemade mushroom infused bourbon, apple juice, honey, mustard and parsley syrup. Or, go for a more classic Champagne cocktail like the No Money For Butter which is Pisco, lavender syrup, lemon juice and of course, Champagne. The Shard is located in the London Bridge area.

Hawkesmoor, Spitalfields

There are a number of Hawkesmoor restaurants in London, but the Spitalfields branch is located perfectly for those working in the Square Mile. The Hawkesmoor restaurants are famous across London for their steaks and cocktails for every conceivable situation or time of day. The Corpse Reviver is a drink designed to perk you up at any time of day, however the absinthe in this particular cocktail might make it better suited to a night out on the town as opposed to a business meeting!

London is teeming with cocktail bars so it can be hard to sort the good from the bad, but with this list, you can’t go wrong.  If you’re staying in London on business why not browse our London serviced apartments and enquire today to see if we can save you money on your trip.
