Breck Apartments provide serviced corporate accommodation in Poulton-le-Fylde, 62 miles from Manchester Airport, and a 2 minute walk to the nearest train station.

In 2012 the apartments were renovated, creating bright contemporary accommodation whilst still preserving the character of the building’s Victorian features.

These modern suites have fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers and washing machines. The two and three bedroom apartments are split over two floors. Each of the apartments has one main bathroom, some fitted with a bath and shower and others are wet rooms.

The living areas feature flat screen TVs with Freeview and DVD players, Hi-Fi/stereos and some include MP3 plug-in facilities. Free wireless internet access is included.

7 days' notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.

Notice given within 7 days will result in a charge equal to 7 nights minus the number of days' notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 2 nights will therefore apply (7 days - 5 days' notice given = 2 night charge).

This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.
