Olympic Park

The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park – commonly referred to just as the Olympic Park – is a stretch of recently developed land in Stratford in east London. Rejuvenated in order to host the London Olympics 2012, the site has now been transformed again into a lively hub of luxury shopping, entertainment and sport.

One of the area’s biggest tourist draws is Westfield Stratford City. Opened in late 2011, the high-profile shopping centre offers around 1,905,542 square feet of retail space, making it one of the largest urban shopping centres in the EU.

Still smaller than Westfield London, Westfield Stratford City is a colossal shopping mall that is comprised of a huge host of designer stores, high-street shops and popular department stores. Visitors can also expect to find a medley of mouth-watering restaurants, bars and fast-food hotspots.
