Herons House is a two bedroom apartment located close to Leatherhead town centre and just a short walk from the River Mole which has lovely waterside footpaths.

Within a ten minute walk is Leatherhead mainline train station for connections to London Victoria station, which takes approximately forty minutes. There is also a variety of banks, shops, bars and restaurants in the nearby town centre.

This terraced house is situated on a quiet residential road and comprises a comfortable sitting room with patio doors that lead on to a small paved terrace, a fully fitted kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and private parking for one car.
