Cancellation and refund policy
The cancellation policy for your serviced apartment reservation is specific to the particular property you are staying at. We will advise you of the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation either at the initial quotation stage, or when you ask us to confirm your reservation. If you have any questions about the cancellation policy, please contact us.
If you wish to cancel a reservation prior to the cancellation deadline, a full refund will normally be available. There are some exceptions to this, for example group reservations have different terms and conditions, so please contact us if you have any queries.
If you wish to cancel a reservation after the cancellation deadline has passed, please contact us. In some cases a partial refund may be possible. We will advise if this is the case.
Refunds will only be processed when the funds from the original transaction have been received in our account. The delay between the original transaction being processed and the date that we receive the funds in our account is normally between 5 and 16 days. Email notification will be sent when the refund has been processed.
