The property is close to a handful of restaurants and is located on Donegall Pass, the road adjacent  to Walnut Street.

Each apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom. There’s a fully equipped kitchen which includes a gas oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and four gas cooking rings. This is connected to a large living area with access to a private balcony.
