These Hong Kong serviced apartments enjoy one of the most unique locations in the city, right on the Kowloon waterfront in the Whampoa Garden district. They are just a five minute drive from MTR Hunghom Station and the district of Tsimshatsui, and situated adjacent to ferry piers linking the three key Hong Kong island districts of Central, Wanchai and North Point.
The area hosts an array of boutique shops, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as being within sight of some of the city’s most famous landmarks.
Each executive apartment features a large living area complete with DVD player and plasma screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower.
Guests will enjoy the use of the rooftop swimming pool (located on the 21st floor) and the fitness centre which provide stunning views over the harbour.

The terms and conditions of changing a confirmed reservation at this particular property are:7 days' notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 7 days will result in a charge equal to 7 nights minus the number of days' notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 2 nights will therefore apply (7 days - 5 days' notice given = 2 night charge).
This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.
