Minimum Standards

The Property Partner shall comply with the following minimum standards at all times.

  1. Accommodation Standards
    1. The Accommodation shall be let or rented out on a nightly basis (or as per the minimum stay requirement) in principally the same way as a hotel room.
    2. The Accommodation is fully furnished, has a fully functioning and equipped kitchen, or as a minimum a kitchenette, and most importantly is serviced.
    3. The Accommodation must be maintained at all times in a clean, tidy, reasonable and tenantable condition.
    4. The Accommodation must, as a minimum, be fully cleaned with a change of all linen and towels at least once per week and in any event, between all changes of occupancy.
    5. The Accommodation must have all utilities available, including water, electricity, gas, heating, telephone and broadband.
    6. The Accommodation Rates must include all utilities & service costs except outgoing phone calls.
    7. The Accommodation must be provided with emergency management & maintenance support, via on-site staff or a manned emergency telephone number 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
    8. The Accommodation shall be accessible at all times, clean, safe and secure to standards required by law or if no such legal requirements apply to a standard which is reasonable in the circumstances.
    9. The Accommodation shall comply with all Applicable Laws including but not limited to those relating to health and safety, fire safety, gas safety and disabled persons accessibility and have and maintain all permits, consents and planning permissions for the Accommodation.
  1. Service Standards
    1. The Property Partner shall respond within 2 hours to any requests of SilverDoor concerning a Client or Guest, the Accommodation, or a Reservation.
    2. The Property Partner shall provide additional child beds or cots. SilverDoor will notify the Property Partner if these are requested by the Client or the Guest at the time of booking but the Guest may also request these on arrival. The Property Partner will be responsible for securing any additional charges from the Guest locally for the provision of child beds or cots.
    3. SilverDoor strongly recommends that the Property Partner obtains and maintains the ISAAP (International Serviced Apartments Accreditation Program) quality approval at all times.
