There are some scenic walks dotted around Chapelhall that lead you into the surrounding hills. Take a stroll around the village and visit the Chapelhall War Memorial, a historical site. If you travel a few miles outside the village, you will find that neighbouring towns such as Coatbridge have a variety of family friendly activities. The 902 service takes you from Buchanan Bus Station (Glasgow) to Burniebrae Road (Chapelhall), departs hourly and is a 40 minute transfer. It takes about 16 minutes too drive to Chapehall from Glasgow so if you are visiting Scotland for a longer business trip it might be worth hiring a car. The bus and driving are the cheapest options. You can also get a 24-minute train journey from Glasgow to Airdrie and then it’s only an 8-minute drive to Chapelhall.
