Harrogate is a historic spa town in North Yorkshire, England and is famous for its glorious gardens (such as RHS Harlow Carr gardens), tea shops, flower shows and antique shops. Agatha Christie - the famous English crime novelist - is also said to have 'disappeared' to Harrogate in the 1930's for a few days, which also put the city on the map. The Harrogate International Centre is one of Britain's most prestigious exhibition centres, bringing industries from all over the world, as well as being a fantastic entertainment venue.
Leeds Bradford International Airport is the closest airport, accessible through both bus and train. A bus service runs every 15 minutes providing a connection to Ripon and Leeds as well as throughout the city. There are four railway stations in the town providing links to central London, Leeds and York. The majority of the serviced apartments Harrogate has to offer are near transport links of some kind, meaning visitors have easy access to all of these attractions.
