The Sebel Residence Overview

The Sebel Residence provides serviced accommodation in Docklands, Melbourne, 21 kilometres from Melbourne Airport, a 20-minute walk from Southern Cross railway station and just a minute's walking distance from the nearest tram stop.

Studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments are available, with each comprising stylish bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, a living area and a fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven, microwave and washer/dryer.  

The apartments feature built-in air conditioning, a dining table and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. Free wireless internet is available throughout the stay. Some apartments also have a walk-on balcony.

Housekeeping services are provided once a week and guests are given a free welcome pack on arrival.

Guests can enjoy use of the on-site fitness centre, the sauna, the steam room, the swimming pool, the hot tub, the tennis court and the communal gardens and roof deck. The property also has a restaurant, a café, a food shop and a communal resident’s lounge. Reception is open 24 hours a day.

    14 days' notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.

    Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days' notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply (14 days - 5 days' notice given = 9 night charge).

    This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.
