SilverDoor were out in force on Monday night in finest attire at the Business Travel Awards 2010 at Grosvenor House in London. Although the twenty of us present were a small proportion of the 1,000 attending the gala dinner, we definitely made the most noise whenever the SilverDoor name was mentioned.
Managing Director of SilverDoor, Marcus Angell, presented four awards including 'Best Rail Operator' to Eurostar and 'Best Long Haul Airline' to Etihad Airways. To introduce these awards, we screened SilverDoor's 10th birthday film(which starred our very own staff members). The film was well received and won praise for its fresh, stylish and innovative presentation. Also celebrating were BSI who walked away with the award for Best Hotel Booking Agency. A well deserved win, congratulations.
