As HR & Recruitment Manager, you’ll oversee the HR and recruitment team to deliver a successful recruitment process, improve employee relations and ensure a comprehensive HR function is provided across all SilverDoor offices .

Guest Relations Specialist - London

Location: London Office
Department: Account Management
Salary: £24,400 per annum OTE

As a Guest Relations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for taking enquiries from clients and sourcing suitable serviced apartments at competitive rates. You’ll create and manage reservations from the booking stage right through to when the client checks out. 

HR & Training Executive

Salary: £23,000

The HR department is responsible for developing, supporting and shaping our people to meet the current and future challenges of the business. As HR & Training Executive, you’ll assist and support the Training & Development manager in the delivery of staff training.

Client Account Support – London

Location: London Office
Department: Account Management
Salary: £22,400 per annum OTE

As a Client Account Support, you’ll harness personality and knowledge to convert enquiries into bookings. With the help of a team leader, you’ll manage client accommodation requests via telephone and email and source suitable serviced apartments at competitive rates. 

Accounts Receivable Support

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you’ll take ownership of our overall sales workload under the direction of the Accounts Receivable Manager. 

Guest Relations Administrator - London

Location: London Office

Salary: £20,000

As Guest Relations Administrator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all clients receive a high level of customer & administrative service when booking a serviced apartment.
