You’ll provide support to the Group Systems Manager across all technology functions throughout the business. The role will involve giving first-line technical assistance to all staff in all offices and working closely with the rest of the Technology Systems Support team to maintain all technology systems.

In addition to providing support you will assist with setting up computers and cabling, managing user accounts, handling data backups, administrating the telephone system, and a wide variety of other support tasks including troubleshooting technical problems. 

You may also be required to assist with maintenance and administration outside of regular office hours on occasion.

Your role

You will work in our technology team – our hardworking and close-knit team here at SilverDoor Apartments – made up of software developers, infrastructure engineers, product/project managers, and testers who collaborate as a single application team to lead the company’s technology strategy.

The team solely deal with custom in-house development of websites, apps, service applications, third-party integrations; cloud platform, systems delivery and maintenance as well as new technology innovations and internal network support.

The team ensure constant delivery of a resilient, secure and performant technology service for all our clients, suppliers and internal users.

  • A sound understanding of basic computing and network technologies
  • Good knowledge of Windows based operating systems
