An entry-level position into account management. The role will be to maintain existing and develop new relationships with our global property partners.

You’ll also develop brand new relationships with the overall aim of having the biggest networks and best relationships in the sector.

Supported by the Head Partner Account Manager – EMEA, you’ll work closely with and maintain excellent lines of communication with all other departments, while attending and representing the company at all relevant networking opportunities.

Your role

You will work in our Partner Relationship team – our hardworking and close-knit team here at SilverDoor Apartments – who are responsible for managing our key accounts and establishing relationships with current and new property partners. They are our primary point of contact for all our global property partners.

When they’re not showing clients around the office, they’re out conducting property viewings and putting on big events for SilverDoor. The team play a key role in procuring and recommending the best apartments for our Account Management team to offer to our clients.

The ideal attributes

  • Experience in account management & business development
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident meeting clients face-to-face
  • Good numeracy skills
  • French, German, Spanish and/or Arabic language skills (desirable)
