Client Account Support
As Client Account Support, Kelly provides a personalised booking experience for our clients. She is responsible for handling client enquiries and requests and sources suitable accommodation to match their requirements. She also liaises with our property partners to secure the best rates.
Prior to SilverDoor, she was a Customer Service Advisor for a major manufacturer. Where she would process orders from our customers as well as dealing with any queries/complaints with any products.
Outside of work, she loves attending comedy shows and have seen many comedians live.
