If you’re regularly searching for serviced apartments on our website, you may have noticed we’ve recently updated our property pages to include the ASAP Quality Assessment (QA) Marque on all properties that have received accreditation by the association.
The marque was introduced at ASAP’s 2014 Annual Conference in a bid to create a set of operating standards that are universally recognised as a stamp of quality for the serviced apartment sector.

We will be hosting ASAP’s South East Regional General meeting on 23 March 2015 and ASAP Managing Director, James Foice, is buoyed by our commitment to the quality accreditation scheme.

The new accreditation will complement our existing system, ‘SilverDoor Verified’ and the SilverDoor Rosettes. Any properties that have been visited and approved by a SilverDoor member of staff feature the ‘SilverDoor Verified’ logo. This is in addition to our unique rating system, the SilverDoor Rosettes. Our Partner Relations and Client Account Management teams visit our properties regularly to ensure our properties are rated accurately and kept updated.
