On the 26th of February 2020, we hosted our annual SilverDoor Party!
With over 400 professionals from the serviced apartment industry attending, the event was held at Pergola Olympia and certainly did not disappoint.
The night was topped off by our prestigious partner awards, recognising and celebrating their efforts from throughout the year. Ranging from our most engaging partner to best new partner, we wanted to show some appreciation to the multitude of property partners we work with, both old and new.
The awards were decided with the help of 137 SilverDoorians across all of our offices, and therefore represented the recognition and acknowledgement of everyone here at SilverDoor.
The winners from the night were:
Best Property Partner Engagement - CitySuites
CitySuites treated a few of our lovely Lancastrians to dinner at their new on-site restaurant, before taking them out for drinks and putting them up for the night. The team had a whale of a time and were bowled over by the hospitality and product.
Best New Property - Boat&Co (City ID)
The City ID's new beautiful waterside building, Boat & Co, has a variety of different apartment types, in addition to fantastic facilities.
Best New Partner - STAY Worldwide
Having opened an amazing number of units in London, STAY Worldwide has provided excellent engagement and their slick operation has proved up to the task of amazing our clients.
Best Collaborative Marketing - Unlisted Collection
Unlisted Collection has been so supportive with video production and promotion - in particular at the Town Hall Apartments; their team has regularly gone above and beyond to assist our Marketing Department.
Team of the Year - Clarendon Apartments
This award was for the partner who provides the most outstanding service as a unified voice. This partner offers such a great service that no matter who picks up the phone, the service is consistently outstanding.
Outstanding Individual - Kearon McCarthy
Having worked with Kearon McCarthy for a long time, we know him to be flexible, honest, and always focusing on the bigger picture. Kearon really does understand what our clients require and how to make it work for them.
