In the first of our Travel with Confidence interviews, earlier this month, our Group Head of Partner Relationships, Alex Neale, visited Craven House Apartments and interviewed owner Lucy Schiel to discover more about their forward-thinking approach to tackling COVID-19.
As one of our first property partners to be successfully accredited with Quality in Tourism’s Safe, Clean & Legal™ scheme, we were keen to learn the ins and outs of how they went about it, and what guests can expect when they check in.
With additional procedures in place to ensure complete apartment sanitisation prior to client stays - including maximising vacancy periods before bookings for deep cleaning, contactless entry, optional guest linen change, and PPE for all staff - Craven House has taken every possible step to enhance safety for their guests.
