All you need to know about Qinhuangdao

Qinhuangdo is a port city in Hebei province in northeastern China. It is located approximately 190 miles east of Beijing and lies upon the Bohai Sea, which is the innermost section of the larger Yellow Sea. Qinhuangdo Port is strategically important, with it being the largest coal shipping port in the country. Much of the local economy is focused around exporting coal to a number of power plants across China.

Beijing Capital Airport and Tianjin Binhai Airport are alternative arrival airports from business travellers. However, both will require taking a relatively long rail journey to reach Qinhuangdao.
