As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Americas expansion. You will be in charge of maintaining and developing all property partner relationships within the region.

You will report to the Group Head of Partner Relationships in London, but you will be solely responsible for all Americas accounts. You will be supported by the Regional Manager - Americas, who is relocating from our London office, and you’ll also be working alongside an Account Manager who will be looking after our extensive corporate client base.

Welcome to the Partner Relationships team 

The Partner Relationships team works across our London, Lancaster, Singapore and, soon to be, Denver, offices. They’re a friendly and energetic group, responsible for managing key accounts and establishing relationships with our property partners. When they’re not showing partners around the office, they’re out conducting property viewings and putting on big events. 

Your role at SilverDoor Apartments

As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Americas expansion. You will be in charge of maintaining and developing all property partner relationships within the region. 

You will report to the Group Head of Partner Relationships in London, but you will be solely responsible for all Americas accounts. You will be supported by the Regional Manager - Americas, who is relocating from our London office, and you’ll also be working alongside an Account Manager who will be looking after our extensive corporate client base. 

Operating at the forefront of this exciting new venture and establishing the SilverDoor brand within the Americas market will require dedication, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. 

Your day-to-day roles will involve liaising with property partners and coordinating with our Account Management department. There will also opportunities for travel, networking and establishing relationships with new partners. As busy as this role is, it’s lots of fun and no day will be the same.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Experience in account management & business development 
  • Substantial knowledge of working closely with finance 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Confident meeting clients face-to-face 
  • Healthy industry knowledge 
  • Excellent verbal & written English (vital) 
  • Excellent verbal & written Spanish (advantage) 
  • Good numeracy skills 
  • Good organisational skills
