Gabriela Gonzalez
Guest Services Specialist
As Guest Services Specialist, Gabriela liaises with clients
and property partners to assist in client requests and issues throughout their
stay. She is responsible for updating information on our systems to ensure a
high-quality service is provided.
Gabriela studied Spanish, French and Business at sixth form.
Prior to joining us at SilverDoor, Gabriela worked as a Spanish interpreter and
at a restaurant as a front of house team member where she perfected her
customer service skills.
In her spare time, Gabriela enjoys salsa dancing and playing
football. She is also currently interested in developing a sneaker collection!
