Howburn Residence provide corporate serviced accommodation on a residential street, a five minute walk from the city centre. The property is around the corner from a small supermarket and close to an array of restaurants, bars and shops.
Each modern studio, one, two and three bedroom apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and decorated in a neutral style. The apartments have underfloor heating and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer.
The living areas feature HD flat screen TVs with Freeview, and complimentary wireless internet access is available throughout the stay.
All of the apartments have a shower room. The three bedroom duplex apartment two bathrooms.
Housekeeping is provided daily (Monday - Saturday), with a linin change once a week.

The terms and conditions of changing a confirmed reservation at this particular property are:14 days' notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days' notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply (14 days - 5 days' notice given = 9 night charge).
This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.
